Antique Pier Wall Mirror Decorative Gilt & Gesso Frame Interior Design

Welcome to the sale of this attractive wall mirror. This late mid Victorian pier mirror has a carved wooden frame with a gilt and gesso decoration. The decoration features urns, swag and bow designs with flowers inserted as well as acanthus topped twisted columns. To the underside of the mantle is a row of sixteen wooden balls.

This mirror would look superb in a hallway or bedroom, ideally between two windows as it was intended. To the rear it retains its original board back and makers label.
