From order details to installation instructions, it's your key to a flawless experience. Frame Face (Outer Frame Width) = 1cm; Frame Depth = 3.5cm. Available in various frame sizes, suitable for stretched canvas depth up to 2.3cm. Follow the below steps to measure your artwork. Please make sure you have your canvas to hand BEFORE placing an order as canvas sizes given by artists/websites are not always 100% accurate. Take exact measurements of your stretched canvas in millimetres from edge to edge at its widest points as shown in the example picture.

Use a metal tape measure for accurate measurements. Select the right frame size that can accommodate the measured canvas size. We recommend including an additional 5mm to the measured dimensions to account for potential unevenness in the canvas. Refer to the'Frame Size Guide.

Measure the depth of your canvas in millimetres. Our frames can accommodate up to depth up to 2.3cm (23mm) without allowing for any canvas unevenness.

Refer to the'Canvas Measurement Guide'. To place an order for custom sizes, choose the sizes that can accommodate your measured lengths and send us your dimensions through a message. For instance, if the desired frame size you wish to order is 25 x 35cm, you would need to select the size 30.6 x 40.6cm when placing your order. Kindly ensure your complete satisfaction with the item size before placing your order. To ensure the perfect fit, kindly include a note specifying your stretched canvas size and depth when placing your order.
