Please note for deliveries to flats/apartments unfortunately our couriers are only authorised to take items to the front of the building and therefore cannot take items up stairs/lifts to your specific flat, we are very sorry about this!
We advise if the items are heavy or you may have trouble transporting these to your flat to ensure someone can be in to assist you with this. If for whatever reason the item arrives damaged we will arrange collection of this and a replacement will be sent out. Any damage on an item must be bought to our attention within 3 days of receipt.
